Rudi Garcia has admitted h网络外围投注e doesn’t know when Leandro Castan will return to action for Roma.
The defender has been out of action since the 1-0 win at Empoli on September 13, which saw him substituted at half-time, that an MRI scan had diagnosed a brain malformation.
Roma Coach Garcia admits that he doesn’t know when Castan will be ready to return, and asked for the defender to be left in peace while he recovers.
“I’m not a doctor,” Garcia explained in a Press conference ahead of Roma’s game with Atalanta tomorrow evening.
澳门外围投注 “There are professionals who will evaluate him. We need to leave him alone, but it’s clear, he’s a Roma player.
“We are all behind Leo, after his surgery in December he will return to being a Roma player.
“Now we must leave him alone, he’s a warrior he will soon be back at 200 per cent.”
Roma have suffered a spate of injuries this term, but the Coach puts the lengthy casualty list down to bad luck.
“It’s bad luck for sure. At the moment it’s not something to worry about.
“With so many games to play, and some players playing too much it increases the chances of injuries.
“Things are slowly getting back to normal, and that’s the important thing. The returning players will give us even more.
“We have Astori and Borriello back, it seems to me like it’s possible for a player who has played seven games in 21 days to pick up injuries.
“We’re not the only club, but we’re recovering almost all the injured players.
“Maicon is improving, we monitor him every day.
“It seems like he’s close to a return, but he won’t feature tomorrow. We hope he can come back and help out the defence because we’re in a bit of a tight spot.
“In saying that, we have the second best defence in Serie A, having conceded two non-existent penalties and an offside goal.”
